In her latest short-form fashion film, Choco Hoax, Alice Fassi creates a ‘tiktokish’ silliness authentically and tells about heavy topics like capitalism, exploitative marketing and greenwashing to new audeinces. She uses a familiar style of product demos and fakes it to present the realities behind capitalist spectacle. Fassi draws heavily from surrealism and satire and combines it with big truths in this 6 minute short.
